Parking This is a lovely holiday home, in a quiet zone and close to the beach, for 6 guests in Can Picafort. Welcome! The 3-storey terraced house has 3 comfy bedrooms. Both on the first floor come with a double bed each; one of them has also an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor has a bunk bed and a private balcony with views over the woods. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is another bath with bath tub and a toilet. The bright sitting-dining room and the kitchen are on the ground floor. The living-dining room is a nice place to relax, watch TV (SAT-TV) or eat together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you might need during your holidays. Obviously, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The terrace is perfect to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. Have a BBQ with friends or just bask in the sun. There are 4 sun loungers and a sun umbrella. There is a garage with 1 parking space. Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed. There is a little charge for the final cleaning. The village Can Picafort offers lots of leisure activities, shops and restaurants. On the long sea promenade you can have a walk or try some homemade ice cream. A car is not essential, because you can go on foot or by bus. During the high season, the bus goes every 15 minutes towards Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollenca. The fine grained sand beach is only a few metres from the house and is perfect for toddlers, because the swell is moderate. During the summer, the town gets a lively place and there are bars and pubs where you can dance all night long. If you like it more quiet, we recommend the sand beach Playa de Muro. Its crystal clear waters make you think of the Caribbean. If you arent in a beach mood, you have numerous options: a boat trip to Cap Formentor, a visit of the old town of Alcudia and the Calvary of Pollenca, observe birds in the SAlbufera Natural Park or visit the caves of Campanet.
